Leader Safety Culture Development Program
The Safety Culture Leadership Development Program is designed to improve leaders understanding of safety culture.
The course includes an introduction to what safety culture consists of, bringing awareness to how the leader impacts culture, indicators to look for along your safety culture journey and how to positively influence your safety culture.
Leadership coaching is designed for leaders who want one-on-one training and skill building in safety culture. Leadership coaching is tailored to the needs of individual leaders. Coaching is done one-on-one or in small groups over teleconference or Skype.
