The 2-day Safety Culture Leadership Development Program is designed to improve senior leader's understanding of their own safety culture, the leader's impact on culture and how to shift the culture in a positive direction.
Content includes: safety culture basics, the leader's role in safety culture, improving communication, improving learning culture and making sustainable changes.
Leadership coaching is designed for leaders who want one-on-one training and skill building in safety culture. Leadership coaching is tailored to the needs of individual leaders. Coaching is done one-on-one or in small groups over teleconference or Skype.

Safety culture 101 is a training series that educates Joint Occupational Health & Safety committees about their role in fostering a positive safety culture.
